To cancel an order, contact us immediately by phone or email. Note: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
Shipping to a Different Recipient:
We can ship to an alternate recipient, but please inform them to expect a package.

Incorrect Item Delivery:

Delayed or Damaged Orders:
If your order doesn’t arrive within 7 business days, contact us. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue, replacing the order or issuing a refund. Note: We're not responsible for orders delivered to non-residential addresses after their arrival.
